Executive Leadership

Paula is a Managing Director in Pivot Point’s IT Advisory practice. She brings broad healthcare operations knowledge, encompassing both business and clinical systems and is experienced in leading programs and projects focused on digital health, M&A, analytics, population health, interoperability and EHR ecosystems. She is an expert in IT portfolio planning, management and rationalization.

Prior to joining Pivot Point, Paula held a variety of leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on national data strategies, population health and clinical systems integration. Prior to Kaiser, she held leadership roles at several care delivery organizations, and with Deloitte Consulting, all contributing to her experience with large scale transformation projects. 

Paula received her BA from the University of Arizona and her MBA from University of Portland. She is an active member of HIMSS and HFMA.
