Pivot Point Cares

At Pivot Point Consulting, we believe it’s important to be involved and give back to our communities. That’s why we founded Pivot Point Cares, a program that engages with both national organizations and local efforts.

Each year, we select one national organization to support as a company. Local offices also spend a day as a team, supporting something closer to home.

For 2019, Pivot Point has partnered with the Richie Pervan Touch Foundation, an organization that benefits children diagnosed with cancer and their families by providing basic needs to families greatly impacted by their child’s cancer diagnosis, otherwise unaffordable summer camps and sports leagues, scholarships, counseling and more. This year we participated in a fundraising event benefiting Advocate Children’s Hospital in Chicago, and helped to start a fund to support families transportation and housing while facing a cancer diagnosis.

Our Partners

Pivot Point Consulting provides Managed Services, including Epic and Other EHR Tier 1 and 2 support.  Paragon Development Systems, Inc. (PDS), is our Help Desk, MyChart and Telehealth devices service partner with whom we have a contractually structured alliance.

Together we provide 24 x 7 support to healthcare organizations, including over 30 Epic clients.  Our depth and strength in the market is remarkable, with Mychart and other patient portal call volume exceeds 50,000 calls per month. This team is based in our shared, state-of the art, Managed Services Center of Excellence in Madison, Wisconsin.
