Kathy Krypel is the Managing Director of Enterprise Applications at Pivot Point Consulting. She is both a clinician and a seasoned program and project manager, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy is a versatile professional with extensive experience and interest in the optimization and implementation of improved patient access, and digital solutions that drive meaningful improvement. Kathy is passionate about putting people first and creating a strong base (through relationship building and strategic planning) upon which to build repeatable and sustainable change.

Kathy is a behavioral health clinician, a team-oriented leader and trusted advisor. She is a licensed independent clinical social worker who received her BS in Social Work from the College of St. Benedict, and her MS in Social Science and Education from St. Cloud State University – both in Minnesota.
