The Pivot Point Consulting Achievement Award recognizes consultants who have worked with Pivot Point for two or more years, displayed great interpersonal skills and work performance, have received positive feedback from supervisors, and have shown exceptional dedication, loyalty and continued commitment to the company and project.

Unlike other Pivot Point awards, the Achievement Award is not awarded on a quarterly or annual basis but upon submission, review and approval of consultants who meet the criteria for longevity and continued excellence.
