Our awards program ensures that recognition is an integrated part of what we do.
Consultant & Employee Excellence Awards
The Pivot Point Consulting Excellence Awards recognize consultants and employees who exemplify outstanding service through their work, and who exhibit a positive and support attitude. Selection is made after reviewing nominations and feedback from supervisors who indicate that nominees display excellent interpersonal skills and work performance.
Every quarter, one consultant and one internal staff member will be presented with an Excellence Award.
The Achievement Award recognizes consultants who have worked with Pivot Point for two or more years, have consistently provided excellent service, displayed great interpersonal skills and work performance, have received positive feedback from supervisors, and have shown exceptional dedication, loyalty and continued commitment to the company and project.
Consultant of the Year Award
At the end of every year, Pivot Point recognizes a consultant who has served in an exceptional manner over the course of the last 12 months. Recipients are chosen based on their attitudes, commitment, interpersonal skills, work performance, integrity, service excellence, client satisfaction, and willingness to go above and beyond.
One consultant is chosen every year.

We know that high caliber consultants and employees could work anywhere, and we’re honored they choose to work at Pivot Point. To show our appreciation, we recognize those who have been with us 2, 5, 7 and 10 years. After 10 years, we thank team members every five years.

Tyler has served Pivot Point in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. He is a natural leader with a comfort in driving decisions with critical thinking, problem solving, group mentoring and constant enthusiasm for the work that he and his team do.
Eric Croteau , Epic Cadence & Welcome Kiosk Consultant
Eric has been with Pivot Point for six years. He has displayed great interpersonal skills and work performance, received positive feedback from supervisors, and shown exceptional dedication, loyalty and continued commitment to the company and all of his projects.
Kelly Ostertag, Operations Manager
Kelly has shown true excellence in her role as Operations Manager. Her leadership and organization have been instrumental in creating an Operations team synergy with the Business Development, Recruiting and Practice Management teams. She’s led the team in establishing new and optimized operational processes, procedures and policies creating a continuous process improvement team environment. Kelly is always proactive in helping anybody at any time and is first to ask “how can I help?” We’re proud to have Kelly as part of the Pivot Point Family and excited to announce that she is a Pivot Point Excellence Award winner for this quarter. She has been with Pivot Point since October 2017.
Trampus Dobson, Sr. Epic Consultant
Trampus joined the Pivot Point team in August of 2017 at Wellspan Health as a Professional Billing and Claims Analyst. After completion of Wellspan’s successful Epic go-live, he transitioned to Brookwood Baptist’s Revenue Cycle team continuing to provide consulting excellence. Trampus exemplifies quality consulting delivery and professionalism in everything he does. He always has a positive attitude and lifts up those around him. We’re excited and proud to have Trampus as part of the Pivot Point family and award him with an Excellence Award for this quarter.
