Terri LeFort

Terri LeFort​

Chief Executive Officer

Terri LeFort brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling high-growth organizations, developing exceptional teams, and creating sustainable value for clients, employees, and investors.
 
She most recently served as President of Nordic International, where she was responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and service delivery over all of the organization’s international businesses, and additionally, played key roles across the broader enterprise, overseeing a variety of U.S.-focused corporate functions, customer operations and transformational initiatives.
 
Prior to Nordic, Terri spent more than 20 years with Healthtech Consultants, including four years as its President, guiding the organization’s growth and expansion into one of Canada’s leading healthcare technology consulting firms. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree and an MBA in Leadership and Innovation.
Marc Hirshfield

Marc Hirshfield ​

Chief Delivery Officer

Marc Hirshfield has over 25 years of experience in the HIT consulting industry and is known for his ability to cultivate and support strategic partnerships.

Marc has held leadership positions at Siemens and Vitalize Consulting Solutions where he developed the company’s PMO. In 2014, Marc founded Pursuit Healthcare Advisors as a managing partner and sold the business to Atos in 2017. More recently, he served as a board member and leadership team member for Jellyfish Health, LLC, which was sold to Millennia in May of 2021. Marc earned his MBA in healthcare administration from Eastern University, completed a post master’s program in MIS at Penn State, and received his PMP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Michelle Lichte

Chief Growth Officer

Michelle has 35 years of healthcare experience, including information management & process improvement, new business development, operational transformation, project management & system measurement.
 
She has held leadership positions at Epic, OSF HealthCare, BlueTree, and Nordic Consulting, leading the planning and management of over 25 system-wide implementations. Joining Epic in 1994, she spent ~19 years in a variety of roles, including Implementation Executive/Customer Happiness Executive, Sales, Technical Support, Learning Officer, QA leader, and Training.  She also served on the WI HIMSS Board of Directors for eight years.
Thomas Kaylor

Thomas Kaylor

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Kaylor brings more than 30 years of finance and consulting experience, including the last decade serving as CFO of healthcare and consulting organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO of Knack RCM, which was acquired by The Carlyle Group in October 2025. He began his career at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) and has since held several senior financial leadership roles. Tom is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Tom is known as a collaborative leader with deep experience guiding acquisitions, strategic financing, and financial systems transformations. He has a strong track record of building high-performing finance teams and delivering measurable business outcomes—making him an ideal partner as we continue to scale the platform and drive long-term value for our clients, our people, and our partners.

Max Hammer

President, Managed Services

Max Hanner leads Pivot Point Consulting’s Managed Services team. Since entering the healthcare industry in 2012, Max has earned a reputation as a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record in business development, client partnerships, and operational excellence.

He has held executive leadership roles across service organizations specializing in healthcare, wellness, operations, and information technology. Max holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Joe Clemons

Joe Clemons ​

Partner, ERP & Operations

Joe Clemons leads the ERP/Business Systems Practice and guides the internal operations team at Pivot Point Consulting. With a strong background in different facets of healthcare IT, he ensures that the intersection of internal and client-facing operations are aligned and strengthens our team’s overall efforts.

Joe brings over 17 years’ experience in healthcare IT strategy, EHR and ERP planning and implementation, merger and acquisition execution, process improvement, change management and organizational development. His expertise intersects the clinical components of the EHR with the business components of ERP to drive organizational strategy and value.

He routinely contributes to industry articles, podcasts and video interviews and the development of methodology and best practices. Joe serves on the Oregon Chapter of HIMSS Board of Directors as the Sponsorship Chair.

He holds a BS in Healthcare Administration.

Elizabeth Kerch

Partner, EHR

Elizabeth Kerch serves as Practice Leader for Electronic Health Records (EHR) at Pivot Point Consulting, where she drives innovation and operational excellence.

She brings more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience across Epic, leading health systems, and consulting, offering a unique end-to-end perspective on the challenges and opportunities clients face.

Prior to joining Pivot Point, Elizabeth served as Chief Operating Officer at BetterHealth, leading Epic EHR and Revenue Cycle Management teams of nearly 140 people and overseeing support, implementations, and system optimization, along with outsourced Revenue Cycle Management services.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Chris Rogowski

Partner, Strategic Advisory

Chris Rogowski brings executive leadership in healthcare operations, strategy, and health IT to Pivot Point.  Previously, Chris held senior leadership roles with Clearsense, Nanthealth/iSirona, and Wellstack as well as prominent northeast health systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and an MBA in Finance from Widener University.

Jillian Wood

Jillian Wood

Partner, Client Success, Strategy & Transformation

Jillian brings over two decades of consulting experience leading strategy and service development for technology and healthcare brands. She leads initiatives to deliver engaging, high quality experiences for Pivot Point’s clients, consultants and employees, and is responsible for fostering an award-winning workplace culture. Jillian is passionate about culture and supporting women. She serves as the co-chair of “Women at Vaco Empowerment” Employee Resource Group, is a coach/mentor for organizations and has spoken at events for those communities.

Jillian received her BA from The College of William & Mary and has an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Molly Kalinowski

Molly Kalinowski

Vice President, Managed Services

Molly Kalinowski joined Pivot Point Consulting in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Managed Services, where she leads the Managed Services team, including both the service desk and Epic analysts. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Molly’s career began in operations, where she led patient access teams and specialty clinics as an Operations Manager. In 2012, she transitioned into the IT department, bringing extensive expertise in full-cycle Epic implementations, from validation sessions and go-lives to optimization and ongoing support and maintenance.

Molly is passionate about customer service and process improvement, continually seeking innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas State University. Additionally, she is certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, Clinical Documentation, and ITIL.
Residing in Liberty Hill, Texas, Molly enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their diverse array of animals, including dogs, chickens, cows, donkeys, and sheep.

Wendy Soethe

Vice President, Analytics & AI

Wendy Soethe brings over 28 years of experience in healthcare analytics, spanning payer and provider organizations. Beginning her career as a data analyst, she has worn a lot of different hats over the years, gaining extensive expertise in the field. Before joining Pivot Point Consulting, Wendy was part of a senior leadership team that elevated enterprise analytics to HIMSS AMAM stage 7, the highest level of maturity in that assessment.

Motivated by a passion for healthcare analytics and the desire to drive broader impact, she joined Pivot Point Consulting in 2022. Currently, she leads the Analytics & AI practice, collaborating with clients to address diverse analytics needs and empower healthcare systems to leverage their data effectively.

Wendy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and has a Master of Public Health with a focus in Healthcare Administration from University of Washington.

Ann Eichhold

Managing Director, Recruiting

Ann Eichhold is an accomplished recruiting executive and the Managing Director of Recruiting at Pivot Point Consulting, where she leads the firm’s talent acquisition strategy, delivery model, and recruiting team performance. She is known for building scalable recruiting infrastructures, managing a high-performing recruiting team, and aligning talent strategy directly to client business outcomes. Ann partners closely with leadership and delivery teams to anticipate workforce needs, develop proactive talent pipelines, and ensure clients receive highly qualified professionals who can drive immediate impact.

Prior to becoming a leader, Ann held recruiting roles, where she helped strengthen recruiting operations and elevate talent delivery standards. Her ability to combine data-driven strategy with a relationship-first approach has made her a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. In recognition of her leadership, performance, and impact, Ann was honored as Employee of the Year in 2025.

Tom Griffin

Managing Director, Business Development

Tom Griffin serves as the Managing Director of Enterprise Applications Business Development and Recruiting at Pivot Point Consulting, leveraging over 14 years of experience in healthcare staffing, consulting, and customer service leadership. Committed to delivering measurable results through strong client relationships, Tom has a proven track record in tackling complex challenges within the industry.

His journey in the healthcare IT sector included diverse roles, providing him with invaluable insights into managing transformative initiatives through the convergence of people and technology.

Tom obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and lives in Des Moines, Iowa.

Nick Patel

Physician Executive Advisor

Dr. Nick Patel practiced medicine for 20 years and has held various executive roles such as Vice Chair of Medicine and Chief Digital Officer until he decided to bring his clinical and digital transformation experience to management consulting in 2022 when he founded Stealth Consulting. In addition, he works with top global and U.S.-based healthcare organizations integrating clinical, consumer and operational needs with a digital-forward strategy. He is regularly sought out for speaking engagements, serves on multiple boards and has been regularly recognized as a top digital leader. Patel’s deep experience at the intersection of healthcare and business uniquely positions him to collaborate with Pivot Point Consulting clients to drive meaningful improvements in health outcomes, as well as improvements in the business.
