Molly Kalinowski joined Pivot Point Consulting in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Managed Services, where she leads the Managed Services team, including both the service desk and Epic analysts. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Molly’s career began in operations, where she led patient access teams and specialty clinics as an Operations Manager. In 2012, she transitioned into the IT department, bringing extensive expertise in full-cycle Epic implementations, from validation sessions and go-lives to optimization and ongoing support and maintenance. Molly is passionate about customer service and process improvement, continually seeking innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas State University. Additionally, she is certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, Clinical Documentation, and ITIL. Residing in Liberty Hill, Texas, Molly enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their diverse array of animals, including dogs, chickens, cows, donkeys, and sheep.
