In mid-2014, Pivot Point Consulting’s Training Point practice was engaged to undertake an Epic training project for a large healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest. Pivot Point filled 43 consultant positions, and over the course of the project saved the hospital an estimated $389,000 on housing, $174,500 on airfare, and $200,134 on meals for the Credentialed Trainers.
