The study explores the hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and job satisfaction factors among more than 800 full-time and contract health IT professionals.
Among key findings is the revelation that, since 2014, the number of healthcare IT professionals who reported feeling “extremely optimistic” about their career opportunities increased by 47 percent.
