Health Insurance

Pivot Point understands the importance of quality healthcare.  We are continually working with our carriers to provide the most cost-effective coverage for our employees while still providing them with great options to provide for themselves and their families.  The company provides 75% of the premium cost for all of its full-time employees for both Health and Dental insurance, and 50% of the premium cost for non-covered spouses and dependents.  Vision insurance is also provided as an electable coverage option.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Pivot Point Consulting offers a voluntary Medical FSA, which allows eligible employees to set aside a specific pretax dollar amount (up to annual IRS limits) for eligible unreimbursed medical, dental, vision care expenses.  Additionally, the Dependent Care FSA allows you to pay for eligible child care expenses with pre-tax dollars (up to annual IRS limits) by providing you with a reimbursement for child care expenses for dependent children during the calendar year.

Life Insurance

While we hope you never need it, life insurance is a great way to protect the financial security of your loved ones.  Pivot Point pays 100% of the premium for a basic term life insurance policy.  Additional optional coverage is available.

Short and Long-Term Disability

Pivot Point offers short and long-term disability to provide income if you are injured and are unable to work.  Our policy provides 60% of your monthly income while you are disable.  The company pays 50% of the premium for this coverage.

Long-Term Care Insurance

Pivot Point offers an optional long-term care plan to cover the costs of skilled nursing facilities in the event of a permanent disability.


Pivot Point offers a 401K with a discretionary match (subject to the IRS annual limits) with immediate vesting.
