David Scott – President & Partner

Mr. Scott is a seasoned Management Consulting Executive with over twenty years of experience in technology project leadership, planning, execution, turnaround, and risk management. He has extensive accomplishments in senior roles assessing organizations’ critical business requirements and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex projects.

Previously, Mr. Scott was a Director in the Healthcare Technology practice at Deloitte Consulting — one of the largest professional service firms in the world. In his fifteen year career at Deloitte, his works was distinguished by management of complex implementations with client budgets up to $750 million. Mr. Scott focuses on project leadership, risk assessments, and large-scale project management and is an accomplished speaker on a variety of industry topics.

Rachel Halonen – Vice President & Partner

Ms. Halonen has more than ten years of experience implementing and managing Healthcare Information Technology projects at the Director level. Her depth of experience with leading electronic health record and revenue cycle projects, combined with her operational and change management skills, allow her to work across a variety of venues and challenging settings.

Ms. Halonen is a former employee of Cerner corporation and is also certified in several Epic software applications. She is currently President of the Greater Chicago Chapter for Health Information Systems Society (GCCHIMSS).
